Refunds & Returns

At Aviora LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy under the conditions outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

3. Return Process

We will review your request and provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • If a refund is approved, return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing aviora555@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
