At Aviora, your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

* Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
* Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

* If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Aviora covers the return shipping cost.
* For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of being placed. After that, they may already be processed or shipped.
